Ingredients:
- 1 large package strawberry jello (6 oz.)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 (12-oz) packages frozen strawberries (thawed)
- 1 can (1lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
- 3 medium bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese
Directions:
- In a large bowl, stir jello in boiling water until dissolved.
- Add strawberries with juice, drained pineapple, bananas, and nuts.
- Pour half of this mixture into 12″x8″x2″ container and refrigerate until firm.
- Soften cream cheese and combine with sour cream.
- Spread evenly over chilled layer.
- Gently spoon on remaining half of strawberry mixture.
- Chill. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
