Ingredients:
- 2 cups yellow corn meal
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup cream-style corn
- ½ cup bacon drippings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- milk
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except milk. Stir well until blended.
- Add enough milk to make the mixture easy to pour.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins or greased baking pan.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
