CAKEBAR’s Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon clove

1/2 can pumpkin

Splash of vanilla extract

1 cup all purpose flour flour

 

Instructions:

Prepare a  ½ sheet pan by adding parchment paper and spraying well with nonstick cooking spray. Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl until combined. Add cinnamon, clove, pumpkin, and vanilla. Mix well. Slowly add in flour. Once combined, pour batter onto your ½ sheet pan. Spread evenly. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Let it cool completely. Spread your favorite cream cheese icing onto cake once cooled, and roll together tightly. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. Once chilled, remove from plastic wrap and lightly dust the top of roll with powdered sugar. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
