Get ready to fire up the pits and bring your best wild game recipes to Downtown Crowley for the Wild Game Cook-Off on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the new Crowley Urban Park & Pavilion! Teams of 3 will compete for amazing prizes, bragging rights, and crowd-favorite titles in a full day of food, music, and friendly competition. From unique wild game dishes to bold Cajun flavors, this event is all about great cooking, great people, and great times.
Cooking kicks off at 12 PM, judging begins at 5 PM, with serving taking place at 5:15 PM and awards take place at 6 PM. Awards include 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, People’s Choice, and Wildest Dish Award. Team entry is $50 with only 30 team spots available, so sign up early to secure your place!
The fun doesn’t stop at the cook-off — enjoy a 2-man cornhole tournament, live music by Buddy Andrews & The Branded from 3 PM–6 PM, and a full day of community fun at the new pavilion.
