Cadien Toujours Boucherie




A boucherie is a tradional cajun food event where the community gathers and participates in the preparation and cooking of a hog. While the hog is being roasted, other cajun dishes including boudin, cracklins, debris, and gumbo, are shared among the visitors. Visitors are encouraged to bring their instruments and join in the cajun jam session, which is followed by cajun music performances and dancing.
