Held on the grounds of the St. Leo Catholic Church, the Roberts Cove Germanfest is unique in that this cultural event takes place in a small community whose roots are of German origin and is situated in the middle of “Cajun Country.” The two-day event provides activities for all ages. The central theme is expressed with native foods and drinks –sausage, bread, potatoes, sauerkraut and sugar cookies. While at the Germanfest, take time to tour the new German Heritage Museum.
