Ingredients:
- 2 cups corn meal
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1.5 cups milk
- .5 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl add corn meal, salt, baking powder, and milk.
- Mix well and make sure there are not clumps.
- Put the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the corn meal mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly so it doesn’t stick.
- Cook until the mixture is fluffy and soft.
- Serve in a bowl and add milk, mixing the milk throughout the mixture.
